It gives us both an opportunity to get to know each other. Establishing a good relationship is vital to achieving our common goals.
At this appointment we will review your medical and dental histories and discuss any concerns you may have. We are here to listen to you so we may provide the best dental care possible for you. Please alert us if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment or if you are on any medication.
Dr. Romay will do a thorough head and neck exam. This will include an examination of all the soft tissues including an oral cancer screening and evaluation of the supporting gums. Next we will take the necessary digital x-rays needed to come to a diagnosis. Please let us know if you have any recent x-rays taken at another office. Each tooth will then be examined for decay or defective restorations. The exam will also include taking digital pictures of your teeth and smile.
Our team approach assures your involvement in your dental care so we may meet and exceed your expectations. We will listen to your desires and develop an individualized treatment plan to help you achieve your desired goal in coordination with your dental budget.
